Rates are for finished dry voice only. Any post-production required is additional.
Word count per minute guideline = 150 per minute. This is an estimate and will vary depending on needs of the client. Examples: Slow reads for dramatic effect can be as slow as 100 per minute. Fast reads for limited time slots can be over 200
